What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Listen to customers to understand their business and security challenges and advise on Mitiga's value

Engage with CISOs and security operations teams to build credibility and thought leadership

Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue across the US, meeting or exceeding sales quotas

Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a positive customer experience

Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and deliver successful results

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas

Experience working in sales at early‑stage startups, understanding challenges in high‑growth environments

Proven success in managing mid‑market and enterprise sales cycles and navigating complex buying processes

Strong prospecting skills with a hunter mentality and ability to generate leads in greenfield territories

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage and influence senior executives

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with detection, investigation, and response (TDIR) solutions and familiarity with security operations tools

Established relationships within the US cybersecurity space, particularly with security executives and decision‑makers
