Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
Ask probing questions to understand customer needs and persuade them to consider additional products and services
Build client relationships and find new ways to enhance customer retention
Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to support customer interactions
Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 3 months of soft sales experience (upselling, telemarketing, etc.)
Basic understanding of upselling, persuasion, and relationship building
High school diploma or GED
Ability to work from a quiet, distraction-free environment
Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Eagerness to learn new technologies
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
Previous experience in a remote work environment
Knowledge of customer service best practices
Familiarity with the financial services industry
