What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
Ask probing questions and persuade customers to consider additional products and/or services
Build client relationships and find new ways to retain customers
Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 3 months of soft sales experience (upselling, telemarketing, etc.)
Basic understanding of upselling, persuasion, and relationship-building
High school diploma or GED
Strong computer navigation skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Must reside in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address for residence
