What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
Ask probing questions to understand customer needs
Persuade customers to consider additional products and services
Build client relationships and find new ways to retain customers
Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
What is Required (Qualifications)
3+ months of soft sales experience (upselling/recommending products or services, soliciting, telemarketing, etc.)
Basic understanding of upselling, persuasion, and communication skills
Open availability and a high school diploma or GED
Quiet, distraction-free work environment at home
Strong computer navigation skills and a desktop or laptop for work
