What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage and promote Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory.

Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.

Execute territory sales strategies to achieve objectives through in-person and virtual communications.

Identify and address territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success.

Collaborate with internal teams including managed care, marketing, and medical communications.

What is Required (Qualifications)

BS/BA degree in science or related field AND minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical or related sales experience.

Knowledge of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives.

Strong computer skills and proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong sales and account management disposition.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record, as frequent driving is required.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Master's degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.

Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales.

Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Oracle database, and other business intelligence tools.

Proven ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams.

Entrepreneurial attitude with a results-oriented mindset.
