What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities within the assigned territory
Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective customers to expand market presence
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and drive incremental revenue
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations
Effectively manage territory activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
Understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and telephone skills
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on revenue growth and customer relationship management
Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology, such as SalesForce
Experience with telecommuting software like Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet
Outstanding interpersonal skills with peers and superiors across the organization
