What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory - Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective customers - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive incremental revenue - Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations - Effectively manage territory activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service - Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field - Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities - Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on revenue growth and customer relationship management - Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape - Outstanding interpersonal skills with peers and customers - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Experience with telecommuting software such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams
