What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities within the assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and drive incremental revenue
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations
Effectively manage territory activities, including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting
Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across various organizational levels
Experience utilizing telecommuting software such as Zoom, WebEx, or Microsoft Teams
