Neuroscience Sales Specialist – Albuquerque East, NM Amplity, a premium biopharma services partner of Johnson & Johnson, invites a seasoned sales professional to champion its neuroscience portfolio in the Albuquerque East region.

Job Responsibilities

Drive sales performance in accordance with compliance guidelines, meeting or exceeding forecasts through appointments with healthcare professionals and community centers.

Use assigned budgets to achieve territory objectives, customizing discussions to customer needs while maintaining ethical and compliant standards.

Maintain current understanding of the local market, practice structures, evolving customers, and key influencers, and share information with internal stakeholders.

Contribute to resource allocation decisions, selecting programs and resources appropriate to each customer, practice, or system.

Co‑work with the Regional Business Manager and stakeholders to develop a local business plan ensuring achievement of all business objectives.

Collaborate with other Neuroscience Sales Specialists on common objectives and best‑practice sharing.

Provide timely, accurate administrative management of work hours, sales call data, customer objectives, communications, synchronisation, sample, and expense reporting.

Build a business plan reflecting depth and breadth of customer needs, resources, and products.

Complete all required company and job‑related training within the stipulated timelines.

Job Requirements

2+ years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical devices; 3+ years in specialty pharmaceuticals preferred.

Experience with launch, antipsychotic, or bipolar sales highly preferred.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Strong passion for improving patient lives and a patient‑centric mindset.

Commitment to integrity and compliance with company policies.

High self‑motivation, initiative, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong judgement.

Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt in evolving environments, including COVID‑19.

Agility in transitioning to telemedicine/virtual engagements.

Data‑analysis skills to assess progress, diagnose performance issues, and identify new opportunities.

Experience establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information to diverse audiences.

Flexibility for meetings outside normal hours, overnight travel, and periodic domestic travel.

Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Salary range: $98,000 – $155,000.
