Counter Sales
associate. As the "face of the retail store," you'll assist customers with their automotive needs, providing expert advice and excellent customer service. No need to be able to tear down engines, but a background in automotive parts is preferred. This role offers opportunities to grow your career within our company, whether full-time or part-time.
What You Will Be Doing
Assist retail and wholesale customers with auto parts questions in person and over the phone
Support team members with product knowledge and customer inquiries
Provide outstanding customer care and create a positive shopping experience
Engage customers with enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment
Utilize technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs
Ideal Candidate
Enjoy helping customers with auto parts and services
Have experience in automotive or related tinkering/repair activities
Willing to learn automotive parts knowledge if lacking background
Desire to grow and develop within our company
Requirements
Valid Driver’s License
Experience in a parts store or automotive industry preferred
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting
Preferred Qualifications
Passion for automotive or related industries
Experience with inventory management systems
Customer-centric attitude
ASE Certifications (a plus but not required)
