Responsibilities

Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities

Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on

Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions

Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers

Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up

Qualifications

Great phone presence with a closer mentality

Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies

Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude

Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities

You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on

Real estate license is required

Great communication
