Processing freight Assisting with price changes/markdowns Balancing the register according to company policy Calling out prices for customers when ringing a transaction Bags merchandise efficiently at the end of a transaction Handling cash, checks and credit cards correctly and per company policy Obtaining management approval for returns, voids and checks Maintaining and performing housekeeping duties as assigned Providing proper customer service, including greeting customers, adhering to fitting room policies, ringing customers in promptly, and inviting them to return Following all safety procedures Keeping a professional, neat appearance, including wearing a name tag Assisting management in merchandising the sales floor according to stock levels Assisting management with tasks per company policy Explaining exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions Assisting Store Manager with loss prevention procedures, including preventing shoplifting and cash losses, reporting incidents, and following current operational policies Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends Ability to perform mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) Details
