What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Collaborate with account executives, pre‑sales teams, and partners to identify and pursue sales opportunities

Engage with vendors and partners to align on best practices and sales strategies

Conduct enablement sessions to upskill field teams and drive pipeline activity

Assist with customer discovery calls and manage deal progress across the territory

Advocate for continuous improvement and innovation by staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 7 years of experience in cloud contact center sales

Strong analytical skills with experience in scale selling

Proven experience in channel sales and selling at the C‑level

Technical expertise in Zendesk and Amazon Connect is advantageous

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and proactively pursuing new business opportunities
