Commercial Casualty Claims Specialist (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage all aspects of 1st and 3rd party injury claims of low to moderate complexity
Handle liability injury claims, including coverage, liability, and damage concerns
Conduct investigative work and make coverage determinations
Develop negotiation strategies to resolve claims effectively
Communicate pertinent case facts to supervisors and participate in team meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
2+ years of casualty claims experience or 1+ year of commercial claims experience
High School Diploma/GED or 3 years of experience in a casualty claims role within the P&C insurance industry
Required to acquire and maintain multiple Adjuster’s Licenses within the first 90 days of employment
Outstanding interpersonal and strong computer navigation abilities
Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
3+ years of casualty claims handling experience
Prior experience with commercial policies
BA/BS in business, insurance, or a related area
Flexibility to work shifts during operating hours, including evenings and weekends
Demonstrated respect for diversity through excellent communication skills
