Responsibilities

Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service

Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business

Send a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing

Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price

Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings

Meet with pre-qualified sellers and guide them through the listing process

Deliver exceptional client experiences to build trust, referrals, and repeat business

Follow up with leads using our proven scripts and systems

Host open houses and convert attendees into active clients

Keep CRM, calendar, and pipeline organized for consistent follow-up

Attend weekly training sessions to refine skills and stay market-ready

Qualifications

Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research

Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies

Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself

Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone

Team player who believes their success is the team’s success

What We’re Looking For

Active NC and/or SC real estate license

Knowledge of the Charlotte real estate market or the ability to learn quickly

Exceptional communication, follow-up, and relationship‑building skills

Organized, tech‑savvy, and comfortable using real estate CRMs

A self‑motivated team player who thrives in a high‑performance environment

Compensation: $150,000+ annually
