New Tech Metals . We are seeking a CNC Press Brake Operator to become an integral part of our team! This operator will use specialized CNC equipment to form flat layout metal components to product specifications. Shift Hours: First Shift:
6:00am - 3:00pm (Monday - Thursday), 6:00am - Noon (Friday) Second Shift:
3:30pm - 1:30am (Monday - Thursday) with $1/hr shift premium, 30 min paid lunch Duties and Responsibilities: Operate, program, and change out tooling on CNC equipment Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or product specifications Operate small hand tools such as grinders, buffers, and sanders Stand, lift, and bend to maneuver sheet metal parts Count and complete documentation accurately Read work instructions and department routings Inspect parts for conformance to specifications Collaborate effectively with team members across departments Work efficiently and in a timely manner Maintain a clean work area and machine surfaces Identify process improvements to reduce costs and waste Maintain excellent attendance Wear appropriate PPE such as safety shoes, glasses, and hearing protection Qualifications: Experience in manufacturing, manual or CNC forming, or related fields Familiarity with blueprints and schematics Ability to handle physical workload Company Description: New Tech Metals is a family-owned business supplying high-quality metal components for OEMs and defense contractors across the U.S., supporting products and technology for the U.S. Military.
