Overview
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for completing work orders and assisting with the day-to-day upkeep of our apartment community. You’ll work directly with residents to resolve maintenance requests submitted through AppFolio, ensuring repairs are handled efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities
Handle a wide range of maintenance tasks to keep the community running smoothly, including responding to and completing resident work orders through AppFolio Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry as needed Take care of routine upkeep such as lighting, locks, painting, and general property repairs Assist with unit turns between residents by handling make-ready repairs and cleaning Troubleshoot and address emergency maintenance issues (on-call rotation possible) Maintain an organized inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment Provide friendly and respectful customer service to residents and coworkers Qualifications
Entry level position in maintenance Ability to perform repairs across multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry) Experience with using maintenance software such as AppFolio is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Details
