Responsibilities:
Greet guests promptly and take their orders according to procedure
Assist customers with menu items and ensure order accuracy
Create a warm, friendly experience both in person and over the phone
Bake cookies to perfection and scoop ice cream as needed
Package and send out fast, warm, correct delivery orders
Handle cash and payments accurately, avoiding shortages or overages
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery
Desired Skills & Experience:
Customer service experience preferred
Personable, genuine, and outgoing personality
Ambitious and motivated
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must be 18 or older
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
