Position Summary
Be a Team Member: Collaborates with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educates other associates, mentors new technicians, and develops interpersonal skills for safe and efficient customer service.
Be an Expert: Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, TPMS, and point of sale systems, using phone and in‑person selling techniques.
Be a Techie: Leverages digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve service experience, elevate associate engagement and make business decisions related to services, safety alerts, new product info, and training.
Be an Owner: Communicates equipment, tools and supplies needs, tracks and monitors returns and special orders, operates cash registers, maintains inventory, reports safety hazards, and completes paperwork and other required documentation.
Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate, develops, influences and inspires others, works in a respectful and team‑oriented style, and assists in training team members.
Complies with company policies, procedures and ethics, using the Open Door Policy to execute business processes and address improvement opportunities.
