What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage and report on contract performance data within the unit
Review case files and data to ensure compliance with contract service scopes
Prepare data reports and findings related to contract monitoring for management review
Analyze contractor compliance with DERS contract functions and auditing results
Provide technical guidance to program managers regarding contract activities
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of two years of experience as a Contract Management Specialist or in government procurement
Knowledge of State and Federal laws related to employment and rehabilitation services
Skills in analyzing budgeting and expenditure data
Ability to prepare and analyze technical reports
Experience with Case Management System databases and contract compliance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience proofreading, editing, and analyzing documents within a contracts environment
Familiarity with program development and federal/state funding sources
