What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Maintain and manage school records in an organized and compliant manner

What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) Certificate
One (1) year of clerical work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated organizational skills and knowledge of systematic filing procedures
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Associate’s degree
Two (2) years of clerical experience
Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Experience using web‑based database programs for educational information management
