What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Maintain and manage school records in an organized and compliant manner

Coordinate with registrars to obtain missing documents and ensure completeness of student files

Process external records requests within designated timeframes

Conduct regular file reviews to ensure compliance with state Department of Education requirements

Communicate sensitively with parents while maintaining confidentiality

What Is Required (Qualifications)

High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) Certificate

One (1) year of clerical work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Demonstrated organizational skills and knowledge of systematic filing procedures

Good verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Associate’s degree

Two (2) years of clerical experience

Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment

Experience using web‑based database programs for educational information management
