What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Conduct high‑level analysis of Health‑Related Social Needs services to inform decision‑making

Collect and review data from various sources to evaluate program effectiveness

Create clear reports, dashboards, and summaries that communicate findings effectively

Collaborate with researchers and analysts to define data needs and support deeper analysis

Assist in planning and improvement efforts by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, law, public health administration, or a related field

Five years of demonstrated experience in research, policy analysis, business analysis, or related fields

Expertise in data analysis and dashboard reporting

Strong communication skills to convey complex information in plain language

Ability to work independently and make informed decisions with minimal direction

Experience in program evaluation and measuring service outcomes

Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders

Familiarity with public health policies and their implications
