Our client is seeking a Senior Designer, Apparel to assist their team. This role is ideal for a collaborative, detail‑driven apparel designer who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and takes pride in supporting the larger design vision. The ideal candidate blends strong technical design skills with a positive, flexible mindset, excelling at translating concepts into polished visual and material executions while partnering seamlessly across teams.

Hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Responsibilities

Translate senior design concepts into refined Illustrator files, sketches, and visual assets.

Build compelling mood boards and creative presentations that support seasonal narratives.

Source and organize materials, trims, and references to support design development.

Act as a liaison between design leadership and cross-functional partners.

Support multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in apparel design within a professional design environment.

Strong sketching ability with proficiency across analog and digital tools.

Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator with solid presentation capabilities (e.g., Keynote).

Demonstrated understanding of mood boards, materials, fit, and performance apparel.

Well‑rounded portfolio showcasing apparel design, illustrations, and concept development.

Compensation Up to $56/hr (DOE)
