What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Become a DrChrono product expert and demonstrate the platform from scheduling to billing

Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up during the sales cycle

Maintain account and opportunity updates within Salesforce

Mentor new team members and assist them in achieving success

Reach and exceed monthly sales quotas in a collaborative team setting

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum 2 years of experience in an EHR environment

At least 2 years of experience in a sales closing role

Knowledge of SaaS and/or subscription-based business sales models

Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and metrics

Strong communication, negotiating, and time management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Understanding of the RCM industry and services

Experience with Salesforce and consultative sales approaches

High energy and a positive attitude, passionate about impacting the healthcare sector

Ability to travel as needed

A college degree or equivalent business experience
