Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Specialist located in Houston, TX. The Area Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales by establishing and developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. The role involves conducting sales presentations, providing training for clients or team members, maintaining exceptional customer service standards, and actively managing sales accounts. Additional responsibilities may include collaborating with other departments to leverage resources and support business growth.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and deliver excellent support.
Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies, meet targets, and close deals effectively.
Ability to deliver Training to team members and partners to ensure knowledge transfer and capability development.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Problem-solving and organizational skills to handle complex sales cycles and prioritize tasks effectively.
Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
