What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage supplier selection, onboarding, and administration processes
Prepare and facilitate contracts with preferred suppliers, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Conduct evaluations of the preferred supplier relationship management program and generate reports
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business units and category management teams
Act as a backup for supplier invoicing program, facilitating payment status with suppliers
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; advanced degree is a plus
3-5 years of related experience in Facilities Management or Indirect Procurement
Familiarity with legal aspects of contracting, including reading and interpreting contracts
Strong analytical and presentation skills, with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
Proficient in stakeholder relationship management and effective communication with all management levels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Strategic Sourcing processes and e-tools such as Supplier Administration and contract management systems
Proven self-motivation and ability to work independently to find solutions Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
