What to Expect
Manage supplier selection, onboarding, and administration processes
Prepare and facilitate contracts with preferred suppliers to ensure accuracy
Conduct evaluations of the preferred supplier relationship management program
Generate metrics, analysis, and reports to meet client and account expectations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business units and category management teams
What is Required
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; advanced degree is a plus
3-5 years of experience in Facilities Management/Indirect Procurement or equivalent
Familiarity with legal aspects of contracting and ability to interpret contracts
Strong analytical and presentation skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with strategic sourcing processes and e-tools like Supplier Administration and contract management systems
Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently to find solutions
