What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage supplier selection, onboarding, and administration
Prepare and facilitate contracts with preferred suppliers, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Generate metrics, analysis, and reports to support client and account expectations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business units and the category management team
Own one or two small categories to gain experience for career development
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; advanced degree is a plus
3-5 years of related Facilities Management/Indirect Procurement or equivalent experience
Familiarity with legal aspects of contracting and ability to interpret contracts
Strong analytical and presentation skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
Proficient in stakeholder relationship management and effective communication
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Strategic Sourcing processes and proficiency with e-tools such as Supplier Administration and contract management systems
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
