Responsibilities
Manage supplier selection, onboarding, and administration processes
Prepare and facilitate contracts with preferred suppliers ensuring compliance and accuracy
Conduct evaluations of preferred supplier relationship management programs, including analysis and reporting
Generate metrics and reports to meet client and account expectations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business units and the category management team
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; advanced degree is a plus
3-5 years of experience in Facilities Management/Indirect Procurement or equivalent
Familiarity with legal aspects of contracting and ability to interpret contracts
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent relationship management and communication skills with all levels of management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with strategic sourcing processes and e-tools such as Supplier Administration and contract management systems
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and find solutions
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
