Manage supplier selection, onboarding, and administration Prepare and facilitate contracts with preferred suppliers, ensuring accuracy and compliance Conduct evaluations of preferred supplier relationships and generate reports Develop and maintain strong relationships with business units and category management teams Act as backup for supplier invoicing program and assist with payment status What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; advanced degree is a plus 3-5 years of experience in Facilities Management/Indirect Procurement or equivalent Familiarity with legal aspects of contracting and ability to interpret contracts Strong analytical and presentation skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint Proficiency in stakeholder relationship management and effective communication How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
