Responsibilities
Qualify leads and perform needs assessments, engaging technical resources as needed
Create, deliver, and manage client presentations, proposals, and coordinate quarterly business reviews
Utilize solution-selling and value-selling techniques to effectively close sales processes
Develop and maintain business within existing accounts, managing complex sales situations and campaigns
Partner with sales Account Executives to upsell current customers and assist in closing potential customers
Qualifications
Experience in Telephony Contact Center Sales
Demonstrated experience leading others with product/service training and sales guides
Proficiency in utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
Ability to work strategically with management to deliver forecasts and identify opportunities
Strong communication skills to engage with clients and team members effectively
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in developing go-to-market co-sell strategies with internal teams and partners
Familiarity with managing complex sales campaigns and situations
Strong ability to analyze trends and provide recommended solutions
Previous experience in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment
Knowledge of industry trends in communication technology
