- Read order sheets and accurately pick specified items from warehouse shelves.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate manual pallet jacks or other equipment as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE and safe lifting practices.
- Meet established productivity goals for order picking.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory or orders to supervisors.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics and fulfillment process.
- Understand and follow all warehouse procedures and policies.
