Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and facilitate smooth transaction processes
Stay up-to-date with local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments
Collaborate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure successful closings
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and market data using company CRM systems
Qualifications
Valid real estate license in the state of Missouri
Minimum of 1 year experience in residential or commercial real estate sales
Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building long‑term client relationships
