Duties Summary Serving in a trainee capacity, receives training in the various functions and processes which comprise public housing operations, such as: financial management, maintenance engineering, general housekeeping and administrative services, tenant and community relations and rental and occupancy activities; performs simple assignments in one or more of the functional areas of housing management; and performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Legal Authorization To Work Requirement The State of Hawaii requires all persons seeking employment with the government of the State shall be citizens, nationals, or permanent resident aliens of the United States, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment in the United States.
Education:
A bachelor's degree from an accredited four (4) year college or university.
