What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Enter endorsement items into the Agency Management System and verify accuracy of bills for endorsements received from carriers

Process requests for vehicle changes, issue ID cards, binders for leased vehicles, and follow up on related items

Data entry of underwriting information and correspondence into the profit center management system

Keep the Personal Lines Leader informed of service issues and assist team members with service‑related matters

Verify new policies for accuracy and ensure proper billing and mailing to the insured

What is Required (Qualifications)

High school diploma or equivalent

Willingness to obtain an Insurance Producer license in good standing

Proficient with MS Office Suite and office equipment (copy machines, printers, faxes)

Exceptional telephone demeanor and strong communication skills

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous experience in an administrative support role within the insurance industry

Familiarity with agency management systems

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Interest in pursuing further professional development and industry knowledge
