As a
Float Phlebotomist , you will work with a variety of patients, team members, and clinics/locations, gaining a vast amount of experience quickly. This role allows you to develop your skills and set you up for opportunities and continuous growth within the organization. PSTs may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
Pay Range:
$17.75 - $26.44 per hour.
Float Incentive:
Additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement.

Employees scheduled for 20+ hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part‑Time employees scheduled for less than 20 hours are eligible for the 401(k) plan only.
Work Schedule:
Available to cover hours that vary Monday‑Friday 5:00 am – 6:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am – 3:00 pm; additional days/hours as needed.
Work Location:
Including, but not limited to Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, and Pahrump.
Job Responsibilities
Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
Perform accurate and timely data entry of patient information.
Process billing information and collect payments when required.
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
Provide superior customer service to all patients.
Complete administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
Travel to additional sites when needed.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency preferred.
Previous experience as a phlebotomist.
Experience drawing on pediatrics to geriatrics preferred.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Minimum age 21 years.
Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
Reliable transportation with a clean driving record if applicable.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test.
