Renewal Specialist

**Primary Responsibilities:** The Renewal Specialist is primarily responsible for negotiating and closing lease renewals with current residents in the assigned Market. This position provides superior customer service to residents during the leasing renewal process and is responsible for maintaining renewal-related metrics as assigned by the Renewal Manager. Review all documents pertaining to lease renewal process for accuracy before executing into property management system.
