What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Handle inbound phone calls on warm leads, pre-qualifying and classifying applicants, and providing coverage consultations to small business owners
Consult on various small business lines coverage including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, and Professional Liability
Collaborate effectively within a high-performing sales culture
Manage desk priorities while delivering timely outcomes to customers
Deliver excellent customer service and tailored insurance solutions to meet each business owner’s needs
What is Required (Qualifications)
Active commercial Property & Casualty license required, with the ability to hold a full license in the resident state and 48 non-resident states
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance
Call center experience is valued
Strong sales acumen with negotiation skills for challenging messages
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
