What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Handle inbound calls on warm leads, pre-qualifying and classifying applicants while providing coverage consultation to small business owners

Consult on various small business lines coverage including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, and Professional Liability

Collaborate with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks to write profitable business

Deliver excellent customer service tailored to each business owner's needs

Manage desk operations efficiently, ensuring timely outcomes for customers

What is Required (Qualifications)

Active commercial Property & Casualty license required

Minimum of 2+ years of recent Property & Casualty or Personal Lines experience

Call center experience preferred

Strong sales acumen with negotiation skills

Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
