What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Handle inbound phone calls on warm leads, pre-qualifying and classifying applicants while providing coverage consultation
Consult on various small business lines coverage, including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, and more
Collaborate effectively with team members in a high-performing sales environment
Manage desk priorities to deliver timely outcomes to customers
Provide excellent customer service and tailored insurance solutions for business owners
What is Required (Qualifications):
Active commercial Property & Casualty license is required
Must have 2+ years of recent Property & Casualty or Personal Lines experienceCall center experience is valued
Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate effectively
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
