What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Handle inbound phone calls on warm leads, pre-qualifying and classifying applicants while providing coverage consultation to small business owners
Consult on various small business lines coverage including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, Professional Liability, and Bonds
Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales goals in a customer-focused environment
Manage desk responsibilities while delivering timely outcomes to customers
Partner with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks to write profitable business
What is Required (Qualifications):
Active commercial Property & Casualty license required
Eligibility to hold a full Property & Casualty license in your resident state and 48 non-resident states (Hawaii/Alaska not included)
Minimum of 2+ years of recent experience in Property & Casualty or Personal Lines
Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate and sell effectively
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Call center experience is valued
Competitive nature with a strong desire to win
Demonstrated time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
High-speed broadband cable internet service with minimum upload/download speeds of 100MB download/10MB upload
