What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Respond to inbound calls on warm leads, pre-qualifying and classifying applicants while providing coverage consultations to small business owners - Consult on various small business coverage options, including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, Professional Liability, and Bonds - Collaborate as an effective team member within a high-performing sales culture - Manage desk priorities while delivering timely outcomes to customers - Operate with a customer-focused approach, providing tailored insurance solutions to meet business owners' needs
What is Required (Qualifications): - Active commercial Property & Casualty license is required - Must be eligible to hold a full Property & Casualty license in your resident state and 48 non-resident states (Hawaii/Alaska not included) - Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Property & Casualty or Personal Lines - Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate and sell complex messages - Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Call center experience is valued - Competitive nature with a strong desire to win - Demonstrated solid time, organizational, and desk management skills - Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment - High-speed broadband internet service with minimum upload/download speeds of 100MB download/10MB upload
