What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Handle inbound calls on warm leads, pre-qualifying and classifying applicants while providing coverage consultations

Advise small business owners on various coverage options including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, and more

Collaborate with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks to write profitable business

Maintain a customer-focused approach to deliver tailored insurance solutions

Effectively manage desk responsibilities while ensuring timely outcomes for customers

What is Required (Qualifications)

Active commercial Property & Casualty insurance license required

2+ years of recent Property & Casualty or Personal Lines experience

Strong sales acumen with negotiation skills

Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

Call center experience is valued
