What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage inbound phone calls on warm leads, pre‑qualifying and classifying applicants while providing coverage consultation to small business owners

Consult on various small business lines coverage, including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, and Professional Liability

Collaborate effectively with the Inside Sales Underwriting team to write profitable business on complex risks

Prioritize and manage desk responsibilities while delivering timely outcomes to customers

Operate with a customer‑focused approach, delivering tailored insurance solutions to meet business owners' needs

What is Required (Qualifications)

Active commercial Property & Casualty license is required

Minimum of 2+ years of recent Property & Casualty or Personal Lines experience

Call center experience is valued

Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate and sell challenging messages

Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
