What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Handle inbound calls on warm leads, pre‑qualifying and classifying applicants while providing coverage consultation

Consult on various small business insurance coverages including BOP, Workers Compensation, and Professional Liability

Collaborate effectively with team members in a high‑performing sales culture

Manage workload efficiently while delivering timely outcomes to customers

Partner with the Inside Sales Underwriting team to address complex risks and write profitable business

What is Required (Qualifications)

Active commercial Property & Casualty license is required

Must be eligible to hold a full Property & Casualty license in the resident state and 48 non‑resident states (Hawaii/Alaska not included)

Minimum of 2 years of recent Property & Casualty or Personal Lines experience

Call center experience is valued

Strong sales acumen and excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
