What you will be doing Work directly with customers in a retail location, evaluating product needs and making appropriate recommendations Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions Help customers interpret account statements and pay bills in store Solve customer issues, answer questions, assist with accounts, upgrade services, and process requests Demonstrate expert-level understanding of Comcast products and services Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information Key Expectations

High School Diploma or equivalent 2-5 years related experience (prefer consumer electronics/wireless retail sales experience) Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and variable schedule overtime as needed Reliable, consistent, and punctual attendance Ability to carry or lift 25-pound boxes and stand/move throughout the store Perks And Benefits
