We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our sales efforts and work closely with our outside sales team. This role focuses on lead management, customer follow-up, and helping drive revenue through coordinated sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Support and collaborate with the outside sales team on accounts and opportunities

Manage inbound leads and conduct outbound outreach

Qualify leads and schedule meetings for outside reps

Maintain accurate records in CRM

Follow up on samples, and customer requests

Communicate customer needs and feedback to internal and external teams

Help meet individual and team sales goals

Qualifications

This is an entry-level role; prior inside sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required

Strong communication and organization skills

Comfortable with phone and email outreach

Team-oriented with the ability to work cross-functionally

CRM experience a plus
