and drive small‑ and medium‑business growth across the retail channel. What You’ll Be Doing

You will introduce small and medium business customers to Verizon’s 5G products and services, demonstrating end‑to‑end technology solutions that energize their businesses. You’ll generate new business through outbound prospecting, digital outreach, and in‑store sales, partnering with and mentoring Consumer Retail Sales Representatives to achieve small‑business results. Partner with and mentor Consumer Retail Sales Representatives to drive small‑business results through the retail channel. Grow your customer base by acquiring and retaining accounts in the small business segment. Utilize solutions‑based selling techniques to solve business problems for your customers. Conduct outbound sales prospecting and customer visits. Service the needs of the existing customer base. Use sales enablement systems and tools to track, forecast, manage your pipeline and book of business. What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience. Three or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience. Experience in sales, marketing or customer service. Valid driver’s license. Willingness to travel. Preferred Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or related certifications/college courses). Outside sales experience including outbound prospecting. Wireless sales experience exceeding quota. Experience influencing a team to drive sales results. People skills for influencing, negotiating, conflict resolution and the ability to build trust and act as an influencer at all levels. Benefits and Compensation

Base salary ranging from $150,000 to $250,000 plus a commission program that allows top performers to exceed compensation plans. Employment Details
