We partner with companies to design employee benefits programs that attract and retain talent. As a Field Sales Representative, you'll build your book by developing relationships with business owners and HR leaders, conduct discovery meetings to understand their business, present solutions with manager support to earn their business, and build partnerships that generate renewable income. Licensed professionals (3‑5+ years with an active Texas Life & Health License) gain access to larger accounts (30‑50+ employees), broker partnership referrals, and accelerated advancement to Senior Benefits Advisor. Our enrollment and administrative support team handles implementation, freeing you to focus on client relationships with ongoing mentorship and support. Insurance experience not required. We welcome B2B sales professionals and provide development, including licensing support, prospecting systems, field training and support, and new rep incentives (heaviest in the first 90 days). Performance‑based pay with no base salary. Earn at the plan commission, first‑year incentives, performance bonuses, and renewal income.

Responsibilities

Prospect and qualify companies with 10‑29 employees (30‑50+ for licensed professionals) through phone outreach, business visits, and referral networks.

Conduct discovery meetings with decision‑makers to understand their business and identify opportunities to strengthen their benefits offering.

Present solutions and earn their business with ongoing mentorship and support available throughout the sales process.

Build and maintain long‑term partnerships through exceptional service, with enrollment and administrative support handling implementation.

Build a sustainable book of business targeting 100+ client relationships over the first two years, reducing prospecting needs as the renewal base grows.

Focus on relationship management and retention with enrollment and administrative support, handling implementation and group meetings.

Qualifications

2–4 years of professional sales experience selling to businesses with the ability to prospect, build relationships, and close business. (Corporate sales, account management, financial services, commercial real estate, or other B2B backgrounds are welcome.)

Proven consultative sales success, understanding client needs, and building ongoing relationships.

Business acumen and professional presence to engage with HR professionals, owners, and executives.

Self‑motivated with comfort in performance‑based pay (no base salary).

Commitment to licensing within 2–4 weeks for new professionals (pre‑licensing training and support is provided).

Reliable transportation for client meetings throughout Cypress/Northwest Houston.

Licensed professionals with an active Texas Life & Health License and 3–5+ years of experience gain access to larger accounts (30–50+ employees), broker partnership referrals, and accelerated advancement to Senior Benefits Advisor.

Preferred: Existing business relationships in Northwest Houston or familiarity with employee benefits.

Bonus: Business degree, bilingual (Spanish/English) highly valued.

Compensation $65,000 – $95,000 per year (performance‑based pay with no base salary).
