Looking for Founding Account Executives across the United States

We are seeking a driven, self‑starting Founding Account Executive to help launch and scale presence in the US market. This is a highly outbound, ground‑floor role with the opportunity to build a new market from scratch. You will work closely with leadership in a fast‑paced startup environment, owning revenue outcomes end to end with significant autonomy.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building rather than inheriting pipeline, and wants direct exposure to company growth and strategy.

Responsibilities

Generate outbound pipeline through cold calling, email, social outreach, and in‑person events

Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Track, manage, and analyze key sales metrics to ensure KPI attainment

Maintain accurate and detailed records of prospect activity in the CRM

Develop and refine US‑specific outbound sales strategies to drive growth

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing and Product to improve sales materials and provide customer feedback

Stay current on product updates, competitive landscape, and US market trends

Act as a market ambassador as the company scales internationally

Represent the company at industry events and trade shows

You excel at cold calling and self‑sourced pipeline generation

Qualifications

1–2 years of closing experience (SaaS or technology preferred) with a history of meeting or exceeding targets

Strong outbound prospecting skills, including lead generation and short sales cycles

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

Solid negotiation and objection‑handling abilities

Experience with high‑volume calling and demo‑based sales

Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, startup environment

Proficiency with CRM and productivity tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Workspace)

Highly organized, self‑directed, and comfortable working with minimal oversight

Familiarity with the US market and flexibility to support international stakeholders as needed

Strong desire to learn, grow, and advance in a sales career

Industry interest or domain familiarity is a plus, but not required

Competitive base salary plus commission
